Over the years, Rafael has played a central role in identifying work opportunities, building relationships, and strengthening major branches of Mount Hood, including Human Resources, the company’s relationship with Jani-King, and the development of specialized staff. In 2026, he assumed the role of COO, bringing with him years of experience leading, operating, and helping shape the long-term direction of Mount Hood.
